Judoka Basile La Fontaine became Dutch senior Champion in 2023 in Almere. He was able to win a bronze medal at the Dutch Open Espoir U15 Eindhoven in 2020 in the category U50kg. He secured a silver medal at the Dutch Open Espoir in Eindhoven U18 in 2023. He bagged a bronze medal at the Cadet European Cup in Berlin in 2023. He claimed silver at the Dutch Junior Championships in 2024 in Dordrecht.
