Romanian judoka Alexandru Lungu won the Judo FISU Universiade in Palma de Mallorca in 1999 and Won the Junior world title in 1994 in Cairo. Lungu was coached by Marius Vizer as first coach and became World Junior Champion. In 1999 he won bronze at the European Championships in Bratislava.
