Dutch judoka Julie Beurskens became Dutch Cadet Champion U18 in The Hague in 2019. She claimed the Dutch senior title in 2021 and 2022 in Almere. Julie won the gold medal at the Junior European Cup in Nanterre. She claimed the European Junior title in 2022. She claimed a silver medal at the Belgian Open in Herstal in 2023. She won the European Open in Warsaw in 2023. She took bronze at the Grand Slam in Astana in 2023. She took bronze at the World Championships Junior in Odivelas in 2023.
