Portuguese judoka Raquel Brito is Portuguese U23 Champion 2019 and trains at Sport Algés e Dafundo. In 2019 she won gold at the Cadet European Cup in Fuengirola and Teplice. In 2019 she won both Portuguese titles U18 and U21 and won bronze at the Junior European Cup in Coimbra, gold in Berlin. Raquel took a silver medal at the Cadet Europeans in Warsaw and EYOF in Baku. She took a bronze medal at the Junior European Cup in Malaga in 2022. In 2022 Brito added a bronze medal at the European U23 title in Sarajevo. She took a bronze medal at the European Open in Rome and silver in Madrid in 2023.
