Judoka Lutz Lischka finished 5th at the Olympic Games Munich in 1972 as a middleweight. With the team of Austria he took a bronze medal at the European Team Championships in Berlin in 1970. In 1970 he won the gold medal at the Polish Open in Warsaw. He was multiple Austrian Champion and passed away in 2024. Lutz Lischka was editor of the Austrian newspaper Kurier and Kronenzeitung.
