Judoka Fraj Dhouibi of Tunisia won the African Championships in 2019 and 2914 U60kg. The lightweight won 7 African medals since 2011 including silver in 2016 at the African Championships in 2016. Bronze at the 2015 World Military Games. He won silver at the African Open in Tunis in 2017. He captured a silver medal at the African Games in Rabat in 2019. He captured the gold medal at the African Open in Tunis in 2023. He clinched the gold at the African Open in Algiers in 2023.
