Dennis Meijer, brother of Tamara Meijer, took six national medals to his name. Among these are three cadet medals, two junior medals, and the national title U73kg in 2002. He showcased his talent internationally by winning the European Cup with Kenamju in 2003 and participating in two World Championships. As a junior, he clinched gold at the Bremen Masters and German Open in Berlin. Additionally, Meijer earned numerous national military titles and reached the finals at the Polish Open Warsaw and Grand Prix Città di Roma. He also secured bronze at World Cups in Rome, Tallinn, and Rotterdam.
