Italian judoka Martina Esposito won a bronze medal at the European Cadet Championships in 2017 in Kaunas. Martina took bronze at the Junior European Championships in 2019 in Vaantaa. She took European Junior silver with the Italian mixed team in Vantaa in 2019. She claimed the gold at the Junior European Cup in Coimbra in July 2021. She captured the European U23 title in Budapest in 2021. She bagged a bronze medal at the Grand Slam in Abu Dhabi in 2022. She captured a bronze medal at Grand Slam Tbilisi in 2023.
