Daniël Guerschner won the European title in 1998 in Oviedo and silver in 2000, both U100kg. He was fifth at the World Championships in Paris in 1997. Guerschner was European Junior Champion in 1993. He won the Tournoi de Paris in 1997 U95kg. He became successful coach and won a few European titles. In Feb 2024 he started as a headcoach for Judo Norway.
